What's included in the price?
Every quote is turnkey: paint, labor, equipment, and supplies are all included. Pressure washing, scraping, and caulking are standard on every exterior job, and we never paint over flaking paint. If your home needs more extensive prep, it’s built into your quote up front, so there are no surprises.
Can you paint in cold or rainy weather?
Yes, within limits. The Sherwin-Williams exterior paints we use can be applied in temperatures as low as 35°F, so here on the coast we can paint exteriors most of the year. Paint does need dry conditions to cure properly, so we watch the forecast closely and schedule around rain. If the weather changes, we’ll adjust the plan and keep you posted.
How long does exterior paint last on the coast?
Typically 7–12 years, depending on the product you choose, the prep, and how much sun and salt air your home faces. Water-facing and sunny sides usually wear first. An occasional rinse and touch-up go a long way. [Read our guide to coastal paint →]
Do I need to be home?
For the estimate, we prefer it. Walking the property together lets us talk through your goals openly and build a quote that matches what you actually need. While we work, no. Our crews have earned a trusted reputation for working at customers’ homes without supervision, so you’re free to go about your day.
