What's included in the price?
Every quote is turnkey: paint, labor, equipment, and supplies are all included. Baseline prep is part of every job: minor patching, caulking, and spot priming. Heavier work, like extensive scraping or surface refinishing, is quoted separately so there are no surprises.
Why do painting prices vary so much?
Every home is different. Price depends on the level of prep, access (like high ceilings and stairwells), how easy the space is to work in, the number of colors and detail work, trim complexity, and whether any staining is involved.
Do you move furniture?
Yes. We move couches, beds, and other furniture toward the center of the room and cover it. We just ask that you put away fragile décor and valuables ahead of time so everything is ready to move.
What paint do you use?
Sherwin-Williams is our preferred brand. We'll recommend the right product for each room, like a scrubbable finish for kitchens, baths, and high-traffic areas.
