GOOD QUESTIONS
PRICING FAQ
Still have a question?
Call (910) 319-1509
Yes. We walk the project with you and send a clear written estimate, with no cost or obligation.
What’s included in the price?
Painting quotes are turnkey: paint, labor, equipment, supplies, and standard prep like patching, caulking, and spot priming are all included. Carpentry repairs, like replacing rotten wood, are listed separately on your estimate, with lumber and materials billed in addition to labor.
Why do painting quotes vary so much?
Two quotes for the “same” job often aren’t the same job. A lower price usually means less prep, cheaper paint, fewer coats, or a smaller scope, and those shortcuts show up a year or two later as peeling and fading. We pressure wash and scrape before every exterior, never paint over flaking paint, use Sherwin-Williams products, and send our own crews. Your written estimate spells out exactly what’s included, so you can compare quotes line by line.
Will my final price match my estimate?
Your written estimate covers the scope we agree on. If something unexpected comes up, like hidden wood rot, or you decide to add work, we’ll walk you through it and get your OK before doing anything extra.
Why can’t you give me a price over the phone?
Every home is different. Size, condition, access, and prep needs all affect the price. Seeing the project in person lets us give you a number you can count on instead of a guess.
